School Lunch Pilot Launches in May

“I wish to thank everyone of you for the wonderful 60^th birthday celebration you put together for me at the eve of my birthday, last Thursday, April 16. Your presence at the party together with your wonderful gifts and words for me made me feel well loved and appreciated well beyond what I deserved. But I will surely remember that night with fondness and joy as I grow in age and ministry for the Lord. Thank you, one and all, for everything. May the Lord reward you for everything you do for His Church and for His priests. He knows your hearts and He is smiling at you.”

“Yo quisiera darle un agradecimiento muy caloroso a todos ustedes por la celebración de los 60 años de mi vida, que todos hicieron en la noche antes de mi cumpleaños el Jueves pasado, día 16 de Abril. Su presencia en esa celebración, junto con sus regalos y palabras bonitas me hizo sentir bien amado y apreciado obviamente mucho más allá de lo que merecía. Sin embargo, yo siempre lo recordaría con gusto y alegría mientras sigo creciendo en edad y servicio al Señor. Muchísimas gracias a cada uno de ustedes, por todo. Que Dios los pague por todo lo que hacen por su iglesia y sus sacerdotes. El los conoce a todos y esta ahorita sonriéndose hacia ustedes.”
